西氏贝蛔虫幼虫在实验宿主组织切片中的形态学观察
Morphological Observations on the Larvae of Panda Ascarid, Bylisascgris schoederi, in Experimental Host

摘要(Abstract):

用西氏贝蛔虫卵经口感染小鼠,6周后观察组织中幼虫各切面的形态。虫体横断面直径为35~59μm;肠管前端直径最大,约为虫体直径的4/5,肠管由7~9个细胞围成;排泄细胞索截面为长椭圆形,其截面积小于肠管面积,排泄管位于其中央。侧翼膜在虫体全长均可见,单一高尖,高约4~7μm。这些特点有助于区别组织中的其它蛔虫幼虫。
The histological morphology features of the larvae of Baylisascaris schroederi, the parasite of giant panda, is described. Mice were orally infected with eggs of B. schroederi and killed at the sixth week postinfection. The liver of mice were fixed in Bouin's fixative for histological study. The continuous sections were made and stained with hematoxylin and eosin. The results show that the characteristics of larvae are: 1. the diameter of larvae body is 35-59μm; 2.the anterior intestine has the maximum diameter, and 7-9 cells can be seen in cross section in intestinal wall; 3. th eexcretory cell column looks elliptic in transverse sections and its area is smaller than that of the intestine; and 4. the lateral alae present throughout most of the length of body, single and prominent, height 4-7μm. All of these are helpful in distinguishing the larvae of B. schroederi from other ascaridoid larvae that may cause visceral larva migrans in mammals.
