摘要(Abstract)：

本文应用滤纸片采集末梢血对176例3月～4岁小儿作血红蛋白(Hb)氰化法测定及红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)荧光分析,并与直接法作比较,证实纸片法具有灵敏、简便、标本易保存和携带、结果可靠等优点。
A modified paper method for measuring free erythrocyte protoporphyrin(FEP) and Hb is presented.It can be done with a drope of blood sample on the same piece of paper. The correlation between determination of Hb by Cyaui dation and fluorescent screening for FEP is good in comparing with routine examination. This modified method in evaluating the status of iron nutrition in children by Hb, FEP/Hb ratio is Simple, highly sensitive and convenient.
