脑血管造影对缺血性脑血管疾病的诊断价值The Value of Cerebral Angiography in Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要(Abstract)：
本文总结了115例ICD的血管造影及临床资料。结果发现64例69支血管闭塞,最常见于大脑中动脉和颈内动脉,分别为28支和27支。血管狭窄75例133处,以颈内动脉最常见。其它尚有血管迂曲扩张,动脉粥样硬化斑块形成等。大多数患者依据血管造影和有关临床资料可诊断为脑动脉粥样硬化。提示脑血管造影在ICD的诊断中有重要价值。
The features of cerebral angiography in 115 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD) were analysed. The angiography manifestation of the cases were; 1. Arterial occlusion at 69 sites of 64 cases mainly in the middie cerebral and internal carotid arteries. 2. Arterial stenosis in 133 places of 75 cases, internal carotid artery being frequently involved, 3. others including atherosclerocie plaques and various degrees of kink, tortuosity and dilatation. Diagnosis to atherosclerosis could be made in most of the cases according of the angiographic and related clinical findings. It appeared that cerebral angiography was still important for diagnosis of ICD especially in showing the configurations of small vessels in detail.
