Cyclin D1和Ki-67在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及相关性

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)和增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其与临床病理间的关系。方法:应用En Vision免疫组化法对40例卵巢上皮性癌(观察组)及10例卵巢良性肿瘤组织(对照组)进行Cyclin D1和Ki-67表达水平检测,比较Cyclin D1、Ki-67蛋白与卵巢癌的各项临床病理指标的关系及两种蛋白间的关系。结果:观察组Cyclin D1阳性表达率和Ki-67过表达率高于对照组,观察组Cyclin D1阳性表达率在FIGO分期和组织学分级病理参数下比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在年龄、组织学类型和淋巴转移等病理参数下比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ki-67过表达率在FIGO分期方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cyclin D1阳性表达率和Ki-67过表达率呈现正相关性(r=0.370,P<0.05)。结论:Cyclin D1和Ki-67在卵巢上皮性癌中的共同表达可能是促进卵巢上皮性癌形成和发展的因素。
Objective: To explore the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in epithelial ovarian cancer and the correlation between their expression and clinical pathology. Methods: En Vision immunohistochemical assay kit was adopted to detect the expression level of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 protein in 40 cases of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer( observation group) and 10 cases of patients with benign ovarian tumors( control group). The relationship between Cyclin D1 protein expression level and Ki-67 protein expression level was also observed and compared. Results: The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 and the over-expression rate of Ki-67 in observation group were higher than those in control group. There were statistical differences in positive expression rates of Cyclin D1 between observation group and control group when compared in terms of pathological parameters such as FIGO clinical staging and histological grading( P < 0. 05),but there were no statistical differences between observation group and control group when compared in terms of pathological parameters such as age,histological type and lymph node metastasisin( P > 0. 05). There were statistical differences in over-expression rates of Ki-67 between observation group and control group when compared in terms of FIGO clinical staging( P < 0. 05). The data showed that the positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 and the over-expression rate of Ki-67 was positively correlated( r = 0. 370,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Co-expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in epithelial ovarian cancer may be the factors that promote the pathogenesis and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer.
