摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 近年来人们注意到机体的免疫机能对肺癌发生的影响,提出应用非特异性免疫刺激剂以提高机体的抗癌能力。临床上陆续有用卡介苗、短小棒状杆菌、PHA等治疗癌肿的报告。PHA是一种非特异性免疫刺激剂,主要是刺激胸腺依赖淋巴细胞(T细胞)的分裂增殖以提高细胞兔疫功能,而一般认为细胞免疫在抗肿瘤免疫反应中起主导作用。在国外文献中已有了许多关于PHA对动物移植性肿瘤生长的报
