甘草酸铵的抗炎作用
Anti-inflammatory Effects of Monoammonium Glycyrrhetate

摘要(Abstract):

甘草酸铵注射给药,对巴豆油、醋酸所致的急性炎症、棉球所诱发的慢性炎症、Freund's完全佐剂所致的免疫性炎症均具有抑制作用,能减轻急性炎症的红肿反应,以及抑制慢性炎症所致的肉芽组织增生。
Modern pharmacologists believe that glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch has an adrenocortin-like effect.Here we report the experimental results of anti-inflammatory effects of monoammonium glycyrrhetate (MG) in our laboratory. 1). The edema of ears of mice were induced by croton oil. The signi ficant inhibitory action was shown by the differences of ear-weights, The weights of ears were 15. 50±2.71mg in control group, 12. 47±1. 76 mg in the group of MG 100 mg/kg and 12. 31±1. 72 mg in the group of MG 300 mg/kg. 2). In experimental mice, MG had an obvious inhibitory effect on the increased capillary permeability induced acetic acid. The inhibitory effect was shown by the differences of permeable Evans' Blue which were 28. 12±10. 00μg/ml in control group, 20. 63±6. 88μg/ml in the groop of MG 100 mg/kg (P<0. 05) and 18. 75 μg/ml in the group of MG 300 mg/ks (P<0. 01) 3).There was an obvious inhibitory effect of MG on mouse-foot swell induced by Freund' s adjuvant. The differences of measured thickness of foot hell were 0. 41±0. 26 mm in control group, 0.23±0.11 mm in the group of MG 100 mg/kg and 0. 22±0.13 mm in the group of MG 300 mg/kg (P< 0. 05).4). MG might decrease the proliferation of granulation tissue of rats induced by cotton.The weights of the proliferation were 169.13±10.17 mg in MG group of 240 mg/kg and 200. 63±30. 80 mg in control group (P<0. 05). The results suggested that there is a significant inhibitory effect of MG on acute or chronic inflammation.
