蔬菜中敌敌畏残留量的反相高效液相色谱法测定

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立敌敌畏在蔬菜中的残留量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分析方法。方法:用HypersilC18柱(120A,5μm,4.6 mm×300 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,流速1.0 m l/m in,215 nm检测。结果:敌敌畏在0.13~12.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.113 mg/L,添加平均回收率为89.9%,RSD为1.87%。结论:RP-HPLC法简单、可靠,可应用于蔬菜中敌敌畏的残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the residues of DDVP in vegetables.Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was adopted.Hypersil C_(18) column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 300 mm ID)was used with CH_3OH: H2O(65∶35,V/ V) solution as mobile phase,and the flow speed was 1.0 ml/min.The ultraviolet detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results: Good linear correlation for DDVP was found in the concentration range of 0.13~12.0 g/L.The detection limit was 0.113 g/L for DDVP(S/N=3).The average recovery rate was 89.9 %,with RSD 1.87 %(n=5).Conclusions: This method is simple and reliable.It can be used for the determination of DDVP residues in vegetables with satisfactory results.
