大乌泡药材的薄层色谱鉴别实验

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立大乌泡药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:以槲皮素和山柰酚为对照品,甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(5∶4∶1,V/V/V)为展开剂,定量吸取对照品溶液、供试品溶液,分别点于同一块硅胶G薄层板上,1%Al Cl_3及乙醇溶液显色后,置于紫光灯下365 nm处检视。结果:27批大乌泡药材薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:薄层色谱方法可用于大乌泡药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the TLC identification method of Rubus multibracteatus Levl &Vant.Methods:Quercetin and kaempferol was used as the reference substance.The spread solvent was made of toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid(5:4:1,V/V/V).The quantitative reference substance solution and test solution were drawn onto the same silica gel G.Drawing quantitative reference substance solution and test solution on a silica gel G.Color display was made by spraying 1% aluminum chloride acid ethanol.The fluorescence chromatogram was detected at 365 nm in the UV lamp.Result:The spots in the chromatogram of the 27 batches of Rubus Multibracteatus Levl & Vant had the same color as quercetin and kaempferol in corresponding position.Conclusion:Thin layer chromatography method can be used for the quality control of Rubus multibracteatus Levl & Vant.
