精神分裂症患者大脑皮质尼古丁受体亚单位蛋白质水平的改变Nicotinic Receptor Subunit Proteins in the Cortex of the Patients with Schizophrenia

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :研究精神分裂症与尼古丁受体的关系。方法 :用WesternBlotting方法测定患者大脑皮质组织中主要的尼古丁受体亚单位蛋白质水平 ,并与同龄对照组相比较。结果 :精神分裂症患者大脑皮质前叶组织中α7亚单位蛋白质含量较对照组减少 ,但在大脑皮质顶叶组织中未见明显变化。在精神分裂症患者与同龄对照组之间没有发现尼古丁受体α3,α4和 β2亚单位蛋白质表达有明显区别。 结论 :α7尼古丁受体亚型在精神分裂症发病机制中具有特殊意义和重要作用
Objective:To investigate the protein level of the nicotinic receptors in the brains of hte patients with schizophrenia.Methods:nicotinic α3,α4,α7 and β2 subunits were analysed with Western Blotting.Results:The α7 subunit protein in the frontal cortex not in the parietal cortex decreased compared with the controls No change of nicotinic α3,α4 and β2 subunit proteins was observed Conclusion:The results suggested that the α7 nicotinic subunit might play an important role in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.
