生物共振技术检测儿童丘疹性荨麻疹过敏原及对反复发作患儿近期脱敏效果

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察生物共振技术对儿童丘疹性荨麻疹过敏原的检测及反复发作儿童近期脱敏效果。方法:将162例儿童丘疹性荨麻疹患儿根据年龄和发病季节分别分为幼儿组(1~2岁,n=37)、学龄前组(3~6岁,n=74)、学龄组(7~12岁,n=51),春季组(3~5月,n=45)、夏季组(6~8月,n=50)、秋季组(9~11月,n=38)及冬季组(12~2月,n=29);应用生物共振技术对各组患儿进行491种过敏原检测,并对其中反复发作的62例患儿(幼儿组20例、学龄前组26例及学龄组16例)进行脱敏治疗;记录儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的过敏原的检出种类及比例,比较不同发病年龄及季节各组患儿检出过敏原种类及比例,比较不同年龄组反复发作患儿的近期脱敏效果。结果:共检出常见过敏原22种,其中前10位为昆虫毒素、鸡蛋、牛奶、屋尘螨、虾蟹海鲜、动物皮毛、豚草、艾蒿花粉、牛羊肉、西红柿,不同年龄各组患儿的吸入物、食物+吸入物过敏原检出率随年龄的增加而减少(χ2=4. 311、5. 781,P <0. 05);不同季节发病患儿的检出的过敏原种类比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2. 151,P>0. 05);经治疗,62名反复发作患儿的脱敏总有效率为85. 48%,随年龄的增加治疗效果降低(χ2=8. 311,P <0. 05)。结论:生物共振技术对儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的过敏原进行检测,对反复发作的儿童丘疹性荨麻疹近期脱敏效果确切。
Objective: To observe allergen detection by Bioresonance technology and the short-term efficiency of desensitization in in children with papular urticaria. Methods: 162 children with popular urticaria were divided into following groups according to age and onset season: neonate group( 1 to 2 years,n = 37),pre-school group( 3 ~ 6 years,n = 74),school group( 7 ~ 12 years,n = 51),spring group( Mar-May,n = 45),summer group( Jun-Aug,n = 50),autumn group( Sep-Nov,n = 38) and winter group( Dec-Feb,n = 29). Applying Bioresonance technology to detect 491 allergens on all children,and treating 62 children( 20 neonates,26 preschool children and 16 school children) with recurrence for desensitization. Recording the detected types and proportion of allergens of popular urticaria,comparing onset ages and seasons,and comparing desensitization efficacy in short term in children with recurrence. Results: 22 common allergens were detected: insect toxins,eggs,milk,house dust mite,shrimp and crab seafood,animal fur,ragweed,Artemisia pollen,beef and sheep meat,tomatoes are common allergen. Allergen detection rate of inhalation,food + inhalation in children from different groups reduced as they aged( χ2= 4. 311,5. 781,P < 0. 05); the comparison of allergen categories from children onset in different seasons showed no statistical significance( χ2= 2. 151,P > 0.05). The total effective rate of desensitization for 62 onset children was 85. 48%,treatment efficacy decreased as age increased( χ2= 8. 311,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of papular urticaria is safe and effective in the treatment of short-term children's papular urticaria with recurrence.
