白血病与妊娠12例报告并文献综述

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 近10余年来,由于白血病缓解率的提高和生存期的延长,使生育期患者妊娠的机会增多,与非妊娠者相比,合并妊娠者的病情更为复杂,治疗中的困难更多。为了解我国白血病合并妊娠的特点,找寻有效的处理措施,现将我院资料和国内报道的病例进行分析,结合我们在临床工作中的体会加以讨论。材料与方法材料来源:收集的资料包活我院住院病例12例,国内杂志发表的资料32例,全国性或地区性学术会议所收集到的资料14例共计58例(见表一)
