沙眼衣原体感染与精子凋亡关系的初探

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨精液沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)感染与精子凋亡的关系,为研究男性不育提供新思路。方法:沙眼衣原体的检测用免疫层析法,采用瑞-姬染色精子,观察精子形态变化;用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的脱氧核苷酸原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测凋亡精子。结果:精液CT阳性组精子凋亡率(33.03±14.98)%,正常对照组精子凋亡率为(9.68±2.78)%,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:精液CT感染导致精子凋亡率增加,CT感染可能是男性不育的重要原因之一。
Objective: To investigated the relationship of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection with sperm apoptosis that might relate with male sterility.Method: Immunochromatography method was used to detect Chlamydia trachomatis;Conventional cell morphology staining(wright-gimsa staining),and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase enzyme(TdT) mediated deoxynucleotidyl in situ and labeling(TUNEL) were adopted for apoptosis detection.Results: Sperm apoptosis rates were 33.03±14.98% and 9.68±2.78% in CT infection group and normal fertility group respectively;There was dramatically difference between the two groups(P<0.01),which showed that the CT infection of semen caused increase of sperm apoptotic rates.Conclusions: CT infection might be one of the most important causes for male infertility.
