标记肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体受体-2地高辛探针

摘要(Abstract):

目的:标记肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)受体-2的地高辛探针。方法:查阅核酸序列数据库上TRAILR-2的基因全序列,计算机辅助设计引物,RT-PCR扩增目的条带,用地高辛(D igoxin,D IG)进行标记,制作TRAILR-2的探针。结果:地高辛标记的TRAILR-2电泳能力下降,标记成功。结论:TRAILR-2地高辛探针的标记成功为进一步研究肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体受体-2与喉鳞状细胞癌的关系奠定了一定的基础。
Objective: To label the probe of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand receptor 2(TRAILR-2) with digoxin(DIG).Methods: Analyzing conservative sequence of TRAILR-2 from gene bank~(TM),and to design primers for the production of target DNA by RT-PCR.The product was,then,labeled with DIG.Result: The electrophoretic mobility of labeled sample reduced compared to that of an unlabeled control sample.Conclusions: The successful construction of DIG labeled probe for TRAILR-2 provides some basis for research of the relationship of TRAILR-2 with squama carcinoma of larynx.
