硼、硅、沸石抗氟机理实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文通过用硼、硅、沸石对氟中毒大鼠的治疗实验,从氟铝联合作用的角度探讨了它们的抗氟作用和机理。认为其抗氟机理之一可能是影响铝代谢,减轻机体铝负荷,减弱氟铝联合作用,使氟中毒得以改善。
From the viewpoint of the combined effects of fluoride-aluninun(F-Al) anti-fluorosis mechanisms of boron, silicon and zeolite were explored using therapeutic experiments in 86 rats with fluorosis. Borax (400ppm), sodium silicate (150ppm) and zeolite (40000Ppm) were separately added to feed in different experimental group for 13 weeks. We found that in both fluoride group and fluoride-aluminum group the fluoride content of blood and bone did not decrease, though aluminum content of bone, urinary proteins and β_2-microglobulin diminished, and creatinine clearance increased significantly. The results suggested that those reagents might affect aluminum mebolism and reduce aluminum load in the body, weakening the combined effects of F-Al and improving the situations of individuals with fluorosis.
