贵阳地区190例正常人紫外线最小红斑量测定

摘要(Abstract):

目的:测定贵阳地区正常人群长波紫外线(UVA)、中波紫外线(UVB)的最小红斑量(MED)。方法:以SUV-l000型日光紫外线模拟器作为照射光源,测定190例健康志愿者腹部正常皮肤UVA-MED及UVB-MED,比较不同皮肤类型、性别、年龄及季节受试者UVA-MED及UVB-MED。结果:190例志愿者UVA-MED中位数为48.25 J/cm2,UVB-MED为35.24 m J/cm2,男性UVA-MED和UVB-MED中位数均高于女性(P<0.01),Ⅳ型皮肤MED中位数亦均显著高于Ⅲ型皮肤(P<0.01);男性10~29岁组及30~49岁组UVA-MED明显高于≥50岁组(P<0.01),10~29岁组UVB-MED高于30~49岁组及≥50岁组(P<0.05);男性夏季UVA-MED显著低于春、秋两季(P<0.01),女性夏季UVA-MED亦显著低于春、冬两季(P<0.01);男、女性夏季UVB-MED低于春、秋、冬季(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤日光反应类型、性别、年龄及季节是影响贵阳地区人群MED的重要因素。
Objective: To determine the normal range of minimal erythema dose( MED) for ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B among volunteers in Guiyang region. Methods: SUV-1000 type UV simulator was used as the light source to measure MED value of UVA and UVB in abdomen skin and comparing different skin types,sex,age and season. Results: The median MED value for UVA and UVB was48. 25 J / cm2 and 35. 24 m J / cm2 respectively. Significantly higher median MED values of UVA as well as UVB were observed in the male subjects,and type IV showed higher median value compared with skin type III( P < 0. 01). Compared with ≥50 age group,male aged from 10 to 29 and 30 to 49 group had a much higher MED value for UVA( P < 0. 01); compared with MED value for UVB from 10 to 29 age group,male aged from 30 to 49 and ≥50 group showed lower value( P < 0. 05). Male summer UVA-MD was significantly lower than speing and autumn( P < 0. 01),female summer UVA-MED was also lower than spring and winter. The summer UVA-MED was lower compared with that in spring,autumn and winter for both male and female( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Skin types,sex,age and season are important factors of UVA-and UVB-MED in Guiyang region.
