实施儿童早期发展项目对2~3岁儿童行为的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察实施儿童早期发展项目对2~3岁儿童行为的影响。方法:抽取2~2.5岁儿童248人,分为研究组128人,对照组120人,由父母填写儿童社会人口学问卷及2~3岁儿童行为量表(CBCL);对研究组儿童实施早期发展项目培训,半年后复测CBCL。结果:研究组儿童在接受儿童早期发展项目培训半年后,行为多项得分及行为问题检出率下降(P<0.05)。结论:家庭的科学育儿与机构的集体服务相结合,有助于幼儿身心健康发展。
Objective: To reduce the incidence of children's behavior problems by practicing early childhood development project.Methods: A total of 248 children aged 2-2.5 years were divided into study group(128 children) and control group(120 children).Child Socio-demographic Questionnaires and Child Behavior Check List for 2-3 years old children(CBCL2-3) were filled by their parents.The parents of study group filled CBCL 2-3 again in half year after implementing development project.Results: There was no significant difference in basic information between the two groups.After the childhood development project practiced for half a year,the score of the child behavior and the detection rate of behavior problems decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Scientifical family childraising combining with institution services is helpful for physical and mental development of children.
