摘要(Abstract)：

目的:评估门诊脑梗死恢复期患者康复治疗的疗效。方法:52例脑卒中恢复期患者作为康复组,在常规治疗基础上加用康复训练;选择神经科门诊随访的50例脑卒中恢复期患者作为对照组,仅予常规治疗;所有患者均在治疗前后予简化FuO-Meyer、Barthel指数及语言功能评分,评价治疗效果。结果:康复组患者的FuO-Meyer、Barthel指数及语言功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中恢复期患者进行康复干预,可以显著改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。
