早餐添加维生素B_2和维生素C效果评价
Effectiveness Evaluation of Supplying VB2, VC at Breakfast

摘要(Abstract):

在早餐中添加VitB_2、VitC,并对添加前后的膳食进行24小时回顾及机体的营养生化检测。结果表明,添加后体内VC缺乏率由5.36%降为1.79%:贫血患病率女生由42.8%降到3.57%;男生由25%降到10.71%,说明早餐添加VitB_2、VitC对改善体内这些营养素的营养状况及贫血具有显著作用.
Effectiveness of supplying VB2, VC at breakfast was investigated in 56 students within 2 monthes. 24 hours recall on the nutritional composition of meals and the human biochemical examination were carried out around the supplement test. Results showed that VC deficiency rate of the students decreased from 5.36% to 1.79%, and the incidence of anaemia reduced from 42.8% to 3.57%, in girl students, from 25.0% to 10.71% in boy students. The study indicates that supplying VB2, VC at breakfast can improve human nutritional status and reduce incidence of anaemia
