刺薏复方对辐射危害的辅助保护功能研究A Study on the Auxiliary Protective Effect of Ciyi Compound against Radiation Caused Injury

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究刺薏复方对辐射危害的辅助保护功能。方法:取昆明种小鼠预防性给予高、中、低剂量刺薏复方14d,以Co60γ射线为辐射源对小鼠进行2~7Gy一次性全身照射,照射后继续给予高、中、低剂量刺薏复方3~14d,同时设生理盐水对照组,观察计数外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞、骨髓细胞微核率、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清溶血素抗体积数。结果:与生理盐水组比较,刺薏复方高、中剂量组辐射后小鼠外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数、SOD活性、血清溶血素抗体积数明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),刺薏复方高剂量组骨髓细胞微核率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:刺薏复方对辐射危害有辅助保护功能,其作用与给药剂量存在一定的剂量依赖性。
Objective:To study the auxiliary protective effect of Ciyi compound. against radiation hazards.Methods: Kunming mice were given with Ciyi compound orally for 14 days before irradiated by Co60γ-ray (2~7 Gy) one-time systemically. Ciyi compound was given to mice for different days (3~14 days) after the radiation again,and on different days of the continous Ciyi treatment,peripheral blood white blood cell counts (WBC),bone marrow karyote cell counts (BMKC),bone marrow cell micronucleus rates (BMMR),blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,and antibody cumulation values of serum hemolysin (ACVH) were detected. Results: WBC,BMKC,SOD activity,and ACVH were significantly higher in mice treated with high-dose and middle-dose of Ciyi compound (P<0.05,P<0.01) than those in control group,while BMMR in high-dose of Ciyi compound treated nice was obviously lower than that in controls (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ciyi compound has auxiliarily protective effect against radiation hazards,and a dose dependence of protection existences in a dosage range.
