甘草甜素对抗癌药活性及毒性的影响
Effects of Glycyrrhizin in Anticancer Activity and Toxicity Induced by Anticancer Drugs

摘要(Abstract):

对甘草甜素与抗癌药合用治疗癌症进行研究,结果表明甘草甜素可提高环磷酰胺和长春新碱的抗癌活性,使肝癌小鼠的存活时间明显延长、瘤块重量减小。甘草甜素还能降低环磷酰胺的毒副反应,对其抑制小鼠造血功能具有保护作用。提示在癌症的化疗中,合用甘草甜素可产生增效解毒的作用。
Modern pharmacology has demonstrated that glyrrhiza has broad pharmacological action. We extracted glycyrrhizin (GLY) from glycyrrhiza and observed it′s effects on anticancer activity of cyclophosphamide(CYC) and vinceristin (VIN ) in mice with HepA. The experimental results showed that GLY enhanced markedly the anticancer activity of CYC and VIN. The life-span was 2 5.75±4.33 d and the neoplasm-weight was 0.51±0.16 g by administration of CYC.The life-span was 31. 38±3.26 d, 29.95±4. 08 d and the neoplasm-weight was 0. 35±0.12 g, 0.31±0.24 g by combining GLY with CYC. The life-span was 24.72±3.23 d and the neoplasm-weight was 0.66±0. 26 g by administration of VIN. The Iife-span was 28. 68±3.55 d, 29. 47±4.14 d and the neoplasm-weight was 0.43±0.19 g, 0. 45±0. 13 g by combining GLY with VIN. We also observed the effects of GLY on the toxicity of CYC. The results showed that CYC decreased the toxicity of CYC, in counteracting leucopenia, thromboponia and hemoglobinpenla induced by CYC in mice. Theseresults suggest that anticancer chemotherapeutic drugs used in combination with GLY can raise curative effect and reduce it′s toxicity.
