免疫酶斑点试验(Dot-ELISA)诊断斯氏肺吸虫病的研究The Detection of Pagumogonimus skrjabini Circulating Antibodies by Dot-ELISA

摘要(Abstract):
用Dot-ELISA检测了30份斯氏肺吸虫抗原皮试阳性的患者血清,其中,斯氏肺吸虫循环抗体(CAb)呈阳性反应的血清有12份,阳性率为40%(12/30),同时检测的80份正常人血清,全部呈阴性反应。检测结果与间接ELISA法的相同。在实验动物血清的检测方面,斯氏肺吸虫免疫的兔血清,效价达1 :6400,而人工感染血吸虫、华枝睾吸虫、弓形虫溶组织内阿米巴的兔血清及正常兔血清均为阴性。实验表明,Dot-ELISA法具有较高的特异性、敏感性,其检测结果可作为临床诊断的可靠依据。
Pagumogonimus skrjabini circulating antibodies have been successfully detected with Dot-ELISA. The positive rate of 30 people with positive reaction on skin test was 40% (12/30) while all the 80 normal individuals as controls gace negative rearion, The results were similar to that of ELISA. The titer of reference positive serum against P. skrjabini was 1 : 6400 detected by Dot-ELISA. 30 serum samples from rabbits infected with S. japonicum, C, sinensis, E. histolytica and Γ, gondii and serum samples from 12 normal rabbits were te-s ted with Dot-ELISA as well, The results were all negative. Our studies showed that the Dot-ELISA is a sensitive and specific assay, which is relatively simple to conduct, and it might be a useful tool for diagnosing Pagumongonimiasis.
