摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定人胆汁中8种结合胆汁酸的方法。样品处理简便。流动相为甲醇:0.01M KH_2PO_4(75:25V/V,pH5.5),岛津 ODS 柱(6×150mm),210nm 波长检测,每例标本分析时间30min,8种结合胆汁酸均达到基线分离。峰高与各胆汁酸量之间线性关系良好。文中还讨论了胆汁酸结构,色谱条件与出峰顺序的关系。
This paper report a method of determining eight conjugated bile acids in human bile with the high performance liquid chromatography.The pre-process of samples was simpler.A mobile phase of methanol/0.01M KH_2PO_4(75:25v/v, pH5.5)was used.Conjugated bile acids were eluted from Shimadzu ODS colu- mn in a flow rate of 0.75ml/min or 1.5ml/min in 30 min,determined with a variable UV detector at 210 nm.The eight conjugated bile acids were sepa- rated from each other very well.The correlation between peak height and amount of bile acid was excellent.In addition,the relation of the construc tion of bile acids and chromatographic condition to the peak elated order was disscussed.
