梨麦消食咀嚼片对大鼠和小鼠消化功能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察梨麦消食咀嚼片对大鼠和小鼠胃肠道消化功能的促进作用。方法:50只小鼠设置空白对照组、便秘模型对照组和受试物(梨麦消食咀嚼片)低、中、高剂量组,另取40只SD大鼠设置空白对照组和受试物低、中、高剂量组,所有受试物组动物分别给予0.32、0.65及1.94 g/kg梨麦消食咀嚼片连续灌胃31 d,空白对照组和模型对照组给予等量生理盐水灌胃;便秘模型组和受试物组小鼠用复方地芬诺酯制作便秘模型,各组小鼠进行小肠运动实验,计算墨汁推进率;记录各组大鼠实验前及灌胃后第7、14、21及30天时的体质量,观察各组大鼠灌胃31 d时的总摄食量、食物利用率、胃蛋白酶活性和胃蛋白酶排出量。结果:中、高剂量组小鼠的墨汁推进率显著高于便秘模型对照组(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,高剂量的梨麦消食咀嚼片能提高大鼠的胃液量和胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),中、高剂量的梨麦消食咀嚼片能增加大鼠胃蛋白酶排出量(P<0.05),3种剂量的梨麦消食咀嚼片对大鼠体质量增重、摄食量及食物利用率无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:梨麦消食咀嚼片有促进大鼠和小鼠消化功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the promoting role of"Li Mai Xiao Shi(LMXS) chewable tablet"on digestive function of rats and mice. Methods: 50 mice were divided into blank control group,constipation model group and experimental test group(LMXS chewable tablets),which was further to divided into low,middle and high dose group. Meanwhile,40 SD rats were divided into blank control group,and experimental test group(low,middle and high dose group). All the experimental test groups were given intragastric administration of 0. 32,0. 65 and 1. 94 g/kg animal LMXS chewable tablets for 31 days,while blank control group and constipation model group were given intragastric administration of normal saline. The constipation model was established with compound diphenoxylate in the constipation model group and the experimental test group of mice,and the small intestine movement experiment was adopted to calculate ink advance rate. The body weight of rats in each group before intragastric administration and at 7,14,21 and 30 days after intragastric administration was recorded,and the total food intake,food utilization rate,pepsin activity and pepsin output were observed after the rats were given intragastric administration for 31 days. Result: The ink advance rate of high dose group was significantly higher than that of constipation model group(P < 0. 05). Compared with the blank control group,high dose of LMXS chewable tablets can improve the volume of gastric juice and pepsin activity of rats(P < 0. 05),and high dose of LMXS chewable tablets can increase rat pepsin excretion(P < 0. 05). The high,middle and low doses of LMXS chewable tablets had no effect on rat body weight gain,food intake and food utilization rate(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: LMXS chewable tablet can promote digestive function of rats and mice.
