眼底激光光凝治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效

摘要(Abstract):

目的:分析眼底激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法:66例DME患者102眼行眼底激光光凝治疗,比较治疗前、治疗后1、3、6及12个月时患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)以及眼底荧光血管造影检查(FFA)黄斑水肿的消退情况。结果:眼底激光光凝治疗后,术后1、3、6及12月BCVA检测视力提高比例逐渐增高;与治疗前比较,治疗后12个月DME患者视力≥0.5的人数较多,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.52,P=0.004);FFA检查示,DME完全消退47眼(46.08%),好转38眼(37.26%),治疗无效12眼(11.76%),黄斑水肿加重5眼(4.90%);治疗中无并发症发生。结论:眼底激光光凝治疗DME疗效稳定、安全。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of retinal laser photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic macular edema( DME). Methods: 102 eyes of 66 cases in DME patients were performed with the treatment of retinal laser photocoagulation. The best corrected visual acuity( BCVA),colour fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography( FFA) were performed before the treatment and during follow-up period. Results: After the treatment of retinal laser photocoagulation,final BCVA was improved in 44 eyes( 43. 14%),stable in 24 eyes( 23. 53%),decreased in 34 eyes( 33. 33%),the difference was statistically significant compared with former treatment( P = 0. 004).Meanwhile, DME completely eliminated in 47eyes( 46. 08%), partly eliminated in 38 eyes( 37. 26%),unchanged in 12eyes( 11. 76%),and worsened in 5 eyes( 4. 90%). Conclusion: The treatment of retinal laser photocoagulation is safe and effective for the patients of diabetic macular edema.
