人胚胎肾的组织发生 Ⅰ.光镜观察

摘要(Abstract):

在光镜下观察人胚胎中肾4例,后肾149例及新生儿肾3例。中肾的每一功能单位都由中肾小体和中肾小管构成。未观察到髓袢及肾小体旁器。后肾被膜下有薄层生肾区,肾小体的发育由皮质深层至浅层演化,在各种胎龄,均可见到不同发育时期的肾小体。7周胚后肾仅见第一代肾小体,但已分三型。10周可分近曲和远曲小管,致密斑可见。12~13周出髓袢。18周致密斑增多。24周至新生儿,被膜下仍有薄层生肾区。
The structure of 4 human embryo mesonephros, 149 fetal matanephros and 3 nonatal kidneys were observed with LM. Each functional unit of the mesonephros consists of a glomerullus and a tubule. The medullary loop and the juxtaglomerular appaatus are absent in the mesonephros. There is a thin nephrogenic region in the subcapsule of matanephros. It should be emphized that the entire spectrum of glomerular development from the most immature glomerular anlagen to well-developed nephros could be studied in each specimen of various gestational ages. The first generation of renal corpuscle may be found and the three types of renal corpuscles are distinguishable at the 7th week. The proximal convoluted and the distal convoluted tubules may be distinguished and the macula dense may be discovered at week 10.During the 12th-13th weeks, the medulary loops are found. At week 18, the number of the macula denses increase and the structure is similar to that of the normal adult. There are thin nephrogenic regions in the subcapsule after 24 weeks.
