胎儿肝脏的组织发生

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 胎儿肝脏由于丰富的血液供给,生长速度很快,在胚胎早期为体内最大的器官,又是胚胎的主要造血器官。关于胎儿肝脏的组织发生Deane,Patten Arey,Popper Elias以及Severn均有所报导,但有关细胞化学方面报导罕见尤其国内。现将收集的胎儿肝脏采用数种常见的组化方法、在光镜下观察其组织分化。
