摘要(Abstract):
生态环境中的微生物群落存在多样性演变,该多样性演变过程中的微生物群体通过资源消耗间接发生的剥削竞争及直接作用损害的干扰竞争发挥重要作用,在两种竞争中调节并响应其分子信号的细菌群体感应(QS),能影响并调节微生物群落中不同微生物的数量及种类,进而影响整个微生物群落的结构及多样性。本文对近年来微生物群落多样性与QS的相关研究进展进行综述。
