中枢神经细胞瘤临床病理分析
A Clinicopathological Analysis of Central Neurocytoma

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解中枢神经细胞瘤镜下形态及神经元特异核蛋白(Neu N)、突触素(SYN)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、少突胶质细胞转录因子-2(Olig-2)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)和Ki-67的表达。方法:选择8例中枢神经细胞瘤外科手术标本及1例会诊标本,采用HE染色镜下观察其形态特点;采用免疫组织化学方法检测Neu N、SYN、GFAP、Olig-2、EMA和Ki-67的表达。结果:中枢神经细胞瘤细胞由单一圆形细胞围绕分支状的毛细血管呈蜂窝状排列;免疫组织化学示肿瘤细胞SYN及Neu N均为阳性,Ki-67增殖指数为1%~2%,GFAP灶性阳性,Oligo-2和EMA阴性。结论:中枢神经细胞瘤具有一定的病理形态特征,免疫组化标记有助于诊断。
Objective: To investigate the histopathologic features,immunohistochemical staining for Neu N,SYN,GFAP,Olig-2,EMA and Ki-67. Methods: 8 cases of central neurocytoma of surgical specimens and 1 case of consultation were analyzed by HE staining and performed immunohistochemical staining for expression of Neu N,SYN,GFAP,Olig-2,EMA and Ki-67. Results: Neurocytoma was composed of uniform round cells around the branches of Capillary blood vessels while arranging in a honeycomb appearance. Immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor cells were positive for SYN and Neu N,the positive rate of Ki-67 was 1% ~ 2%. A few tumor cells were positive for GFAP. The tumor cells were negative for Olig-2 and EMA. Conclusion: Central is a rare neuronal tumor which has clinicopathologic feature. Immunohistochemical study using appropriate antibodies play an important role in definitive diagnosis of neurocytoma.
