贵州省三都水族DYS287和DYS388基因座多态性分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:调查Y染色体短串联重复序列(short tandem repeat,STR)DYS388基因座及Y染色体特异的Alu序列插入基因座DYS287的遗传多态在贵州省三都水族群体中的多态性分布。方法:采用聚合酶链反应及荧光标记基因扫描技术,分别对DYS287和DYS388基因座的遗传多态性进行分析。结果:在94名无关水族男性个体中,DYS287全部显示为YAP-,DYS388基因座共检出4种等位基因,DYS388×12基因频率高达0.9681。结论:获得贵州三都水族群体DYS287和DYS388基因座的遗传学数据,为该民族遗传关系的分析、法医学鉴定及该民族的起源提供了一定的遗传背景资料。
Objective:To investigate the genetic polymorphism of chromosome Y specific short tandem repeat(Y-specific STR)locus DYS388 and the Y-chromosome specific Alu insert sequence DYS287 of Shui population in Shandu,Guizhou,China.Methods:DYS287 were amplified by PCR with special primers.DYS388 were amplified with fluorescently labeled primers,and genotypes were determined by ABI 377 Genetic Analyzer.Results:Among 94 unrelated males,4 alleles were observed in locus DYS388.The allele frequency of DYS388×12 was 0.968 1.In all samples,YAP element was absent.Conclusion:The genetic data of DYS287 and DYS388 loci in Shui population have been obtained,and they might be useful in studies of population origin,relationship between populations,and forensic applications.
