睾丸恶性肿瘤的治疗

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> “睾丸恶性肿瘤相对较少见,在全部恶性肿瘤中约占1～2％,在男性泌尿生殖恶性肿瘤中占4～13％,但在20～34岁男性肿瘤病人中却属常见的恶性肿瘤。我科1961～1989年共收治睾九恶性肿瘤40例,占同期收治恶性肿瘤病人的1.45％,其中36例经病理确诊,并行睾丸切除及放射治疗,现将其有关情况报导如下: 临床资料年龄:36例中,平均年龄37岁。最小24岁,最大63岁,以20～40岁最多(58％)。36例中精原细胞瘤32例,平均年龄37岁;睾丸癌4例,平均年龄25岁。
