非高渗培养蜡样芽胞杆菌L型研究A Study on L-form of Bacillus Cereus Cultured in Non-high Osmotic Media

摘要(Abstract):
用青霉素在L型培养基上诱导蜡样芽胞杆菌成为L型后直接种入无血清亦无渗透保护剂的非高渗透性1640液传代培养,观察其对渗透压和毛地黄皂苷的敏感性以及在非高渗透压环境中的形态、生长特性及返祖性。发现蜡样芽胞杆菌L型细胞表面粗糙,可通过0.22μm孔径超滤膜,对毛地黄皂苷不敏感和耐受0.8%~20%NaCl,一定浓度的葡萄糖可刺激多次传代的蜡样芽胞杆菌L型返祖。
In this paper L-form was induced from bacillus cereus by penicillin on the L-form medium, and then inoculated directly into non-high osmotic liquid medium, RPMI 1640 without serum or any osmotic protective agent, to subculture.Osmotic susceptibility, digitoninic susceptibility, characters of morphology, growth and reversibility of the L-form in non-high osmotic condions were observed.It was shown that the L-form cells pore rough surface and could pass through filter with 0.22μm pore.L-form of bacillus cereus is insensitive to digitonin and resistance to 0.8% to 20% NaCl.Reversion of the L-form subcultured in non-high osmotic medium without inducer could be stimulated by glucose.
