摘要(Abstract):
选用国际公认的最近似于人类的灵长类动物恒河猴作为研究对象,模拟临床人体颌骨畸形中常见的下颌发育不足或上颌前突矫治术———下颌升支矢状骨劈开前徙术,制造动物模型。结果,在解决了建立这一动物模型的各种难点后,为正颌外科的基础研究提供了一个可靠的动物模型。
Chosen the Macaca mulatta for studying. This animal is considered similar to humankind. Use the sagittal split of ramus mandible osteotomy to set up the animal model. This operation usual apply to correction of mandibular skeletal netrognathia. This model provided the experiment foundation for biomechanics, histography and morphology studying. After repeatedly experiment, finally we sovlved many difficult problems and setted up a dependable animal model for orthograthia study.
