摘要(Abstract)：

本少分折讨沦125例颈柱并颈髓伤患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗等问题。此伤早期死亡的主要原因是呼吸系统并发症,及时行气管切开可可降低死亡率。颈髓伤的预后与类型有关,其中以中央症群预后最好。
In the past fifteen years, 125 cases of frasture-dislocation of the cervical spines complicated with cord injury are treated in our orthopedics department. Analysis discovered that the extend and degree of injury of the cord are closely related to the intensity and direction of the trauma and condition of the spine and spinal canal. Because, of the degeneration and spur formation of the cervical spine in middle or aged patients, an extension injury always gives rise to the central cord syndrome. The mechanism of hvpothernia associated wiht transection of cervieal cord was not well known, since such patient also appeared hypotension and bradycardia, so triad of de-sympathetic was considered. Two such patients were treated with atropine and dopamine received good results, prognosis of cord in jury varied with the types of lesions, among which central cord syndromee seems the best.
