多波长吸收度比值法测定安痛定注射液中氨基比林和安替比林

摘要(Abstract):

采用文献报道的多波长吸收度比值法,直接同时测定安痛定注射液中氨基比林和安替比林二者的含量。其平均回收率分别为:氨基比林99.94%,RSD=0.15%;安替比林99.50%,RSD=0.93%。
The injection of Antonding, which consists of amidopyrin, phenazone and barbital, is usually used as analgesicantipyretic. This paper will discuss a new way that has been told in some report, it is called spoctrophometry the proportional method of multiwavelength absorption degree with which may measure the hybrid component system in the same time.It needn′t seperate and extract,but may straight measure its contents of amidopyrine and phenazone in injection of Antonding in the same time separablely. According to recovery ratio, try to make recovery, their average recovery ratio separately are: aminopyrine 99. 94%, RSD=0. 15%, phenazone 99. 50%, SOD=0.93%, This method may be used when the same group of wavelength combination determine the amounts of the two kinds of constitution in the same time.
