不同产地天麻药材总灰分及浸出物含量分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:测定不同产地天麻药材的总灰分和浸出物的含量,为天麻药材质量控制提供理论依据。方法:对不同产地60个天麻样品进行总灰分和醇溶性浸出物测定,总灰分测定按照《中国药典》2015年版四部2302灰分测定法,浸出物采用热浸法进行测定,使用的溶剂为95%乙醇和50%乙醇,比较不同产地60个天麻的总灰度及乙醇浸出物含量。结果:60批天麻药材中总灰分均不高于4.5%,95%乙醇浸出物含量为2%~9.5%,50%乙醇浸出物含量为15.1%~17.1%。结论:全国不同产地60批天麻样品中总灰分达到2015年版《中国药典》要求。50%乙醇浸出物含量高。
Objective: To determine the total ash and extracts of Gastrodia elata from different producing areas and to provide useful references for controlling the quality of the Gastrodia elata. Methods:Total ash and alcohol extracts of 60 Gastrodia elata samples from different producing area were determined. Total ash was determined by the fourth part 2302 total ash determination method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015 edition. The extract was measured by hot dip method. The contents of volume extract in 60 batches of different producing area were compared between solvent 95% ethanol and solvent 50% ethanol in total ash level 2. Results: The contents of the total ash in 60 batches were less than 4. 5%,95% ethanol extract content was 2% ~ 9. 5% and 50% ethanol extract content was15. 1% ~ 17. 1%. Conclusion: The total ash content of the 60 batches of Gastrodia elata samples in the different producing areas of China reached the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The extract content in 50% ethanol is highest.
