甲亢患者治疗前后血脂和载脂蛋白的变化
An Analysis of 106 Cases Rheumtic Heart Disease Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation

摘要(Abstract):

观察30例甲状腺功能亢进症(GD)患者药物治疗前后血脂和载脂蛋白(APO)的变化,GD患者治疗前血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)和APOB100均明显降低,经抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗甲亢缓解后,上述指标恢复正常。治疗前后GD患者血清甘油三脂(TG)和APOA1浓度无明显变化,治疗前血清TC浓度与T3,T4水平呈负相关。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of rheumatic heart disese(RHD) complicated atrial fibrillation(Af) so as to promote clinical treatment. One hundred and six cases of RHD complicated Af were analysed. Their clinical cnand echocardiographic date compared with the control group of 89 cases RHD non complicated Af in thesame period. The average years of patients was greater and the course of illness was longer in the Af group than those in the control group. The mean left atrial diameter and right ventricular diameter were greater and the left ventricular wall was thicker than those in the control group. The percentages of calcification of the valve and the secondary tricuspid insufficiency and cerebral embolism were more than those in the control group. The heart function was lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences of all these findings in the two groups. The results suggested that in order to improve the prognosis in patiens with RHD complicated Af, it is necessary to pay full attention to the clinical characteristis mentioned and we should treat the patients with active attitude.
