摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者血清白细胞介素(IL)2、5和10的影响。方法:对35例首发精神分裂症患者用阿立哌唑治疗8周,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测IL-2、IL-5和IL-10的水平;用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估精神症状;同期选择18名健康志愿者作为对照。结果:(1)研究组血清IL-2水平治疗前后均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;(2)研究组血清IL-5水平治疗前后均低于对照组,P>0.05。研究组阿立哌唑治疗后血清IL-5水平低于治疗前,P>0.05。(3)研究组IL-10治疗前后明显低于对照组,P<0.01,研究组IL-2,IL-10细胞因子间呈正相关(r=0.518,P=0.001)。结论:首发精神分裂症患者存在IL-2、IL-5、IL-10介导的免疫功能紊乱,IL-2与IL-10呈显著正相关。
Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma IL-2(Interleukin-2),IL-5(Interleukin-5),and IL-10(Interleukin-10) in patients with first-episode schizophrenics before and after aripiprazole treatment.Methods:The serum levels of IL-2,IL-5 and IL-10 in 18 healthy volunteers(control group) and 35 first-episode patients were measured both before and after the 8 weeks of treatment with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The symptoms of patients were evaluated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) forms.Results:(1) The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were significantly lower in patients(both before and after the treatment) than those in normal controls(P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)The serum levels of IL-5 was lower in patients(both before and after treatment) than those in normal controls,and the IL-5 levels in patients were lower after the treatment than before.But the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);(3)There was a positive correlation between serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in patient group(r=0.518,P=0.001).Conclusions:A IL-2,IL-5,and IL-10 mediated immunological disturbance occurs in first-episode schizophrenic patients.Serum levels of IL-2 significantly correlated with those of IL-10.
