一枝黄花抗感颗粒抗菌抗病毒及解热作用研究
An Observation on the Antibacterial, Antivirus and Antipyretic Effects of Yi-Zhi-Huang-Hua-Kang-Gan Granules

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究一枝黄花抗感颗粒的抗菌、抗病毒、解热作用。方法:采用小鼠腹腔注谢金黄色葡萄球菌的方法观察一枝黄花抗感颗粒的体内抗菌作用;采取流感病毒滴鼻致小鼠流感病毒性肺炎模型观察其对小鼠的抗病毒作用;采用家兔耳缘静脉注射内毒素致热的方法,观察其解热作用。结果:一枝黄花抗感颗粒各剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株和临床株、流感病毒FM1和流感病毒B-黔防-252-2001感染小鼠致死均有不同程度的保护作用;对流感病毒FM1致小鼠肺病变有明显抑制作用;对内毒素所致的家兔发热有明显的解热作用。结论:一枝黄花抗感颗粒具有明显的抗菌、抗病毒和解热作用。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial, antivirus and antipyretic functions of Yi-Zhi-Huang-Hua-Kang-Gan(YZHH) granules. Methods: Bacterial infection mouse models were established by the peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aureus and viral pneumonia mouse models by nose drip of influenza virus; Fever rabbit models were produced by vein injection of indotoxin. YZHH was used to treat these animal models. Results: YZHH granules reduced the mortality of the Staphylococcus aureus infected mice, as well as influenza virus FM1 or B-QF-252-2001 infected mice significantly. An inhibiting effect to nfluenza virus FM1 caused pathological changes in lungs of mice was observed. In rabbit models, the indotoxin induced fever was evidently inhibited.Conclusion: YZHH granules have significant effects of antibacterial, antivirus and antipyretic.
