汞性蛋白尿的尿蛋白圆盘电泳
THE RESULTS OF SDS-PAGE ON PROTEINURIA CAUSED BY OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE TO MERCURY

摘要(Abstract):

本文报道96例汞性蛋白尿病人尿蛋白圆盘电泳检查结果,属肾小球性蛋白尿和肾小管性蛋白尿者均为35例(各占36.5%),混合性蛋白尿26例(27%)。结果表明:汞中毒性肾病可为肾小球损害或肾小管损害,也可为肾小球及肾小管联合损害。汞性蛋白尿的分析,对阐明汞中毒性肾病的损害定位和发病机理有重要意义。汞性蛋白尿的另一特征是尿蛋白量不多,即使是肾小球性,一般定性不超过“++”,定量不超过1.5g/24h,达到肾病综合征指标者罕见。
The results of SDS-page on 96 cases of proteinuria caused by occupational exposure to mercury are reported. In which glomerular proteinuria and tubular proteinuria each were 35 (36.5%), and 26 (27%) were mixed proteinuria. The results indicate that mercury poiseaing nephropathy might involve the glomeruli, the tubuli, or both. For exploring the injured sites and the pathogenesis of the mercury poisening nephropathy, mercurial proteinuria analyses were done, thereby having an important significance. Another characteristic finding of mercurial proteinuria was that the quantity of urinary protein was not so much. In general, the quality was less than ++, and the quantity was less than 1.5g/24h. Those whose urinary protein reaches the criteria of nephrotic syndrome are rare.
