贵阳市消费者对预包装食品营养标签认知度的调查

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解贵阳市消费者对预包装食品营养标签的认知、态度和行为的现状。方法:使用自行设计并经预调查的问卷,在贵阳市6个行政区随机抽取14岁以上的消费者500名,采用调查员询问及被访者填写调查表相结合的方式进行调查。结果:调查对象中比较了解营养标签的人占11.3%,对食品营养标签上的信息能完全理解的占7.0%,认为营养标签信息基本可信的有87.7%;88.7%的消费者认为食品包装上有必要标示营养标签,12.1%的消费者在购买食品时首先选择营养价值。结论:此次调查的贵阳地区消费者对营养标签认同度高,但认知率仍然较低。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of the consumers' recognition,attitude and behavior to nutrition labels of pre-packed foods. Methods: Conducting survey on 500 consumers whose age over 14 in 6 administrative areas of Guiyang city with self-designed questionnaire. The investigation combined enquiry with questionnaire. Results: Consumers who has a better understanding of nutrition labels accounted for 11. 3%; consumers can fully understand the information of food nutrition labels accounted for 7. 0%; consumers think information on the nutrition label was reliable accounted for87. 7%. 88. 7% of consumers believed it was necessary to paste nutrition label on food packaging.Nutrition value of food was the primary concern for 12. 1% consumers. Conclusion: Although consumers have high identification to nutrition labels,the rate of cognition is still low.
