大红袍妇炎宁胶囊治疗大鼠盆腔炎的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察大红袍妇炎宁胶囊(DHPJN)的体外抑菌作用和对盆腔炎的治疗作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:(1)抑菌试验测定DHPJN的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC);(2)建立大肠埃希菌大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型和注射肾上腺素的大鼠血瘀模型,观察DHPJN的治疗作用。结果:DHPJN对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、宋内志贺菌、普通变形杆菌及淋病奈瑟菌均具有抑菌作用,减轻大鼠细菌性盆腔炎子宫肿胀程度及炎性损害,降低血瘀症大鼠的全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞电泳指数。结论:DHPJN对大鼠盆腔炎有治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the bacteriostatic action of Dahongpao Capsule(DHPC) in vitro and its therapeutical effect to pelvic inflammatory disease in rats,so as to provide references for the clinical application.Methods:(1) Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of DHPC were determined by bacteriostasis experiments;(2)Pelvic inflammatory disease model of rats was established by injection of colibacillus,and blood stasis model made by injection of adrenalin.The rat models were treated with DHPC and the curative effects was observed.Results: DHPC inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus,beta-hemolytic streptococci,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Shigella sonnel,Bacterium vulgare,and Diplococcus gonorrhoeae,relieved bacteric pelvic inflammation caused uterus swelling and inflammatory injury,and decreased whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte electrophoresis index of disease rats with blood stasis.Conclusion: DHPC have therapeutical effect on pelvic inflammatory disease in rats.
