磁共振T2-mapping检查成人正常膝关节半月板的T2值T2 Values of MRI T2-Mapping in Detecting Healthy Adult Meniscus

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨磁共振T2-mapping检查成人正常膝关节半月板T2值的范围及其差异。方法:对30例健康自愿者膝关节半月板,行常规磁共振(MR)扫描及多回波自旋回波序列T2-mapping检查,观察双侧膝关节各半月板前、后角T2值的正常参考范围,比较膝关节各半月板前、后角T2值。结果:T2-mapping检查得到双侧膝关节半月板前、后角的T2值参考范围,双膝内侧半月板前角与后角、外侧半月板的前角与后角的T2值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:初步得出正常人膝关节半月板T2值的参考范围。
Objective: To investigate the range of T2 value and its differences of normal knee joint meniscus MRI T2-mapping. Methods: 30 healthy volunteers underwent conventional MRI and T2 mapping scanning. The normal reference range of T2 value of anterior and posterior horn of bilateral knee joint meniscus were measured and compared,and then analyze the range of T2 value and its differences. Results: The T2 values of anterior and posterior horn of bilateral knee joint meniscus were measured by T2-mapping,T2 value differences between anterior and posterior horn of medial meniscus and lateral meniscus were not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusions: Preliminary T2 value reference range of knee joint meniscus is concluded.
