四硼酸钠对实验性慢性氟中毒骨病变的影响

摘要(Abstract):

本实验之目的是为了解四硼酸钠中的硼能否减轻或消除慢性氟中毒时骨的病变。将大鼠随机分为四组:①正常对照组;②氟中毒组;③硼预防组,④硼治疗组。9个月后同时处死,脱钙,石蜡切片检查肱、股骨哈彿氏管管径大小、密度,骨细胞密度以及骨组织矿化情况。结果显示氟中毒组有明显的慢性氟骨症改变,而给硼的③④二组几乎正常,与氟中毒组有显著差异。结论认为四硼酸钠的硼能有效地拮抗氟对骨的毒性作用而使骨的结构基本正常。硼可预防和治疗慢性氟中毒。
Effects of boron on the bony changes caused by chronic fluorosis were stu- died in rats. The animals were divided into 4 groups, group 1, normal control group, distilled water was given instead of fluoride; group2, fluorosis was reproduced by intra stomach instillation of sodium fluoride; group3, borax was given simultaneously with fluoride; group4, fluorosis was reproduced in the similar way and borax was given 6 months later (11.6 mg of boron/KgB. w. daily); The animals were killed at the end of the 9th month of the expe- riment, then the humerus and femur bones were examined with the following criteria. (1) the size and density of haverson's canals; (2) the density of osteocytes; (3) the degree of mineralization. The results showed that in regard of the bony morphometry, the groups receiving boron were comparable to the (?) group, exhioiting significant difference to the fluorosis group without receiving boron. This fact suggests an effect of boron in the treatment and prophylaxis of chronic fluorosis.
