肌筋膜综合征——人工股骨头置换术后疼痛原因之一MUSCULO-FASCITIS SYNDROME—A CAUSE OF COXALGIA AFTER FEMORAL PROSTHETIC REPLACEMENT

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报告人工股骨头置换术后随诊的42例病人中因肌筋膜综合征导致髋痛的3个病例。此3例均系女性,年龄52～65岁,疼痛发生于置换术后2～5个月,经采用强地松龙-普鲁卡因痛点注射1～2个疗程后痊愈。本文对此症的病因进行了讨论。
Three cases of coxalgia due to musculo-fascitis syndrome were treated since 1975.All of them were aged women,suffered from femoral neck fracture and received prosthctic replacement for 2-5 months.Severe coxalgia occured at the period when they walked without crutches,and this put them in beds accordingly。Several serious tender points arround the hip were discovered, but there was no positive finding on roentgenography.Local injection of prednisolone-procaine relieved their pain quickly and thoroughly。The causes of musculo-fascitis syndrome were also discussed.
