β_2—微球蛋白测定在30例耳鼻咽喉科肿瘤诊断中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为了探讨β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-m)测定在耳鼻咽喉科肿瘤诊断上的应用价值,作者对本科良性病变及恶性肿瘤患者各30例进行了观察。结果:血清β_2-m含量分别为2.03±0.03μg/ml(1.2~4.4)和2.77±0.06μg/ml(1.6~10.5),二者间差异显著;恶性肿瘤组与正常对照组(2.02±0.67μg/ml)间差异也很显著,但良性病变与对照组间无明显差异。如以≥2.0μg/ml为阳性标准,则良性病变组阳性率占36.7%(11/30例),恶性肿瘤组占73.3%(22/30例),二组间差异显著。作者认为:血清β_2-m测定对耳鼻咽喉科恶性肿瘤的诊断有一定辅助价值。
In order to assess the diagnostic value of Beta-2 microglobulin, we marked p β_2-m and assessed its presence by radiommunoassay method in 30 benign and 30 malignant ENT tumours.The results of these two groups were 2.03± 0.03μg/ml and 2.77±0.06μg/ml respectively. The latter was significantly different from the former and the normal controls (2.02±0.67μg/ml) (P<0.01). We agree that although it is not specific as a tumour marker, it can still furnish some relevant informations in the diagnosis and follow-up in malignant tumour patients.
