氟化氢接触者的诱变研究
Studies on the Mutagenesis in the Workers Exposed to Hydrogen Fluoride

摘要(Abstract):

测定了密切接触氟化氢工人外周血淋巴细胞的微核(MN)、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)及血、尿、唾液中的含氟量并分析其与MN、SCE之间的关系。结果表明氟化氢可诱发MN和SCE频率增高;血、尿、唾液含氟量与MN、SCE之间无明显的直线相关关系。
The cytogenetical damage in 139 workers closely exposed to hydrogen fluoride(HF) was studied.The cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes were used for analyses of sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and micronucleus(MN).The concentrations of HF in blood,urine and saliva were examined.The correlativity were analysed between the frequency of SCE or MN and the level of HF in blood,urine and saliva.The results showed:(1) The micronucleus frequencies(MNF) in all of different exposed-year groups(2.14,1.22,1.54,1.58‰) were obviously higher than the control(0.96%,P<0.01).The frequencies of SCE in all of exposed-year groups(6.24,5.56,5.78,5.65/cell) were significantly higher than the control(4.74/cell,P<0.01).It is suggested that HF may increase the frequencies of MN and SCE of the exposed people.(2) There was no obvious linear correlation between the frequency of SCE or MN and the level of HF in blood.urine and saliva.
