摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨精神分裂症患者自知力的变化。方法 :对 96例住院精神分裂症患者采用BPRS和自知力与治疗态度问卷 (InsightTreatmentAttitudeQuestionaire ,ITAQ )测查 ,在治疗前 ,治疗后 6周、8周和 10周进行定量评估 ,并作统计学分析。结果 :治疗 6周后精神症状开始改善 ,部分患者自知力也出现恢复。治疗前、后比较差异有显著性和非常显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,部分患者残留自知力缺损。结论 :有部分精神分裂症患者自知力随精神症状改善而恢复 ,部分患者自知力无变化。自知力的恢复相对稳定。
Objective:To explore the change of self insight of schizophrenic patients.Methods: 96 cases of schizophrenic inpatients according to CCMD 2 R were assessed before the treatment and in the 6 th ,8 th and 10 th weeks Post treatment with BPRS and ITAQ(Insight Treatment Attitude Questionaire).The results were analyzed statistically Results: Psychotic symptoms of the inpatients were improved at the 6 th week after the treatment.Insight was recovered in some inpatients but not in the others. A comparison of insight assessment showed statistical difference between the records before and after the treatment.(P<0.05).Conclusions: Insight in some schizophrenic inpatients was recovered but for some patients,it was not changed.The recovery of insight in schizophrenic inpatients was stable.
