维生素D与冠状动脉粥样硬化及其危险因素的相关性研究
Correlation Study between Vitamin D and Coronary Atherosclerosis and Relevant Risk Factors

摘要(Abstract):

目的:通过检测不同程度冠状动脉狭窄患者的维生素D水平及血压、体重指数(BMI)、血糖、血脂等冠心病危险因素,探讨维生素D水平与冠心病的相关性。方法:179例拟诊为冠心病患者,根据冠脉造影结果分为冠脉正常组、冠状动脉粥样硬化症组及冠心病组,记录3组患者年龄、体重指数等一般资料,检测血压、血糖、血脂、25(OH)D水平;多重回归分析Vit D与冠状动脉粥样硬化危险因素的相关性。结果:实验组与对照组间血清维生素D浓度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析显示,血清维生素D水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈负相关(r=-0.023、-0.882,P<0.05);维生素D与高血压病、2型糖尿病、胆固醇、甘油三脂、体重指数呈负相关(r=-0.206、-0.209、-0.287、-0.439,P<0.05)。结论:维生素D可能为冠心病的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate different levels of vitamin D levels,blood pressure,body mass index( BMI),blood glucose,blood lipid of coronary artery stenosis patients to explore the correlation between vitamin D levels and coronary heart disease and its risk factors. Methods: A total of 179 patients diagnosed with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis were divided into normal group,coronary atherosclerosis group and coronary heart disease group according to CAG results. Recording patients' age,weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,lipid levels and 25( OH) D level. Multi regression analysis was conducted to analyze the correlation between vitamin D and coronary atherosclerosis. Results: Serum vitamin D concentration contrast between experimental and control groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that vitamin D level is negative correlated to the degree of coronary artery stenosis( r =-0. 023、-0. 882,P < 0. 05); Vitamin D showed negative correlation with hypertension,type 2 diabetes,total cholesterol,triglyceride,body mass index( r =-0. 206,-0. 209,-0. 287,-0. 439,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The vitamin D could be the risk factors of coronary heart disease.
