摘要(Abstract)：

复合植物乳是以大豆、花生和芝麻按一定比例配制加工而成。本研究对其部分营养成分进行了测定，并用动物实验了解其抗氧化防衰老的作用。结果表明复合植物乳含有丰富的蛋白、脂肪、微量元素和维生素Ｅ，老龄小鼠饮用复合植物乳后血清ＭＤＡ下降，全血ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性上升。
Mixture plant milk (MPM) was made from peanut, soybean and sesame by different proportion.Its nutrient compositions were analysed and the anti-senility action was studied in mice. The results showed that MPM contains plentiful protein, lipid, mineral and Vit E. After the old mice were fed MPM for 15 days, their serum MDA decreased and the activity of blood GSH-Px increased. It concluded that MPM had great capability for antioxidation and was a nutritional health foods of anti-senility.
