延胡索总生物碱对小鼠抗应激能力的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察延胡索总生物碱(Alkaloids of rhizoma corydalis,ARC)对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。方法:60只小鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组,ARC低剂量组、ARC中剂量组、ARC高剂量组,阳性药对照组;灌胃给药后,检测小鼠自主活动次数、杆停留时间、常压耐缺氧能力。结果:与正常对照组相比,ARC各组小鼠自主活动次数减少,杆停留时间延长,常压耐缺氧能力提高。结论:ARC能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力,提高小鼠的抗应激能力。
Objective:To observe the effects of alkaloids in rhizoma corydalis(ARC) on anti-stress ability of mice.Methods:Sixty mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group,low ARC dosage group,middle ARC dosage group,high ARC dosage group and positive control group(treated with Brain-healthy capsules).After oral administration,autonomic activities,creeping-sustained time,and hypoxia tolerance ability under normal pressure of mice were observed.Results:Mice in ARC groups showed less autonomic activities,longer creeping-sustained time,and stronger ability of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia compared with mice in normal control group.Conclusion:ARC can improve anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia ability and enhance the ability of stress response in mice.
